I'd just like to mention that I've read through part of your book, and have decided that I must read all of it. I think it might be the best book I've read on the subject and it is setup in such a nice context. You provide many statements with great backup arguments or examples instead of just saying something unconvincingly and expecting readers to understand and believe. I'll be recommending this book to others.
